One conversation kept coming back again and again.

When we looked closer, we found one common problem.
Many restaurant owners were paying 25–35% commission on every delivery order. A restaurant doing ₹3–5 lakh in monthly online orders could end up paying ₹75,000 to ₹1.5 lakh.
But that wasn't the biggest problem.
After paying those commissions, many owners still didn't know who their customers were.
One restaurant owner told us something we'll never forget:

That was the moment we realised the real problem wasn't just high commissions.
